3.2. Buy via MetaMask
The only reason why this isn't our suggested choice is because, at the time of writing, it's not possible to deposit ETH directly to the zkSync Era network. You will have to bridge your ETH to zkSync Era afterwards. If you go this route, make sure you buy ETH on the network that's relatively cheap. As said in 3. Funding, read the Intermezzo in step 4 for more information on how to make such a decision.
